Request data deletion

Cash Counter by Magicstack

Cash Counter does not create online accounts and does not store your shop ledger on Magicstack servers. You can delete your data yourself, or email us and we will confirm what to remove.

Delete data on your phone

Open Cash Counter.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently erases your profile, PIN, sales, expenses, and cash records from that device.

Delete your Google Drive backup

Delete Account does not remove files already saved in your Google Drive. In Drive, open the folder Cash Counter (or older MyCafe backups) and delete mycafe_ledger_backup.db and the folder if you want them gone.

Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app, cannot open Settings, or want help removing a Drive backup, send a request. Include the Google email you used for backup (if any) and that the request is for Cash Counter (dev.magicstack.mycafe_app).

Or write to hello@magicstack.dev. We aim to reply within 7 days. We cannot delete your Google account; only you can do that in your Google account settings.
