Cash Counter by Magicstack

These terms govern your use of the Cash Counter Android app (“the App”), provided by Magicstack. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App and do not use it.
Cash Counter is a shop ledger for recording sales, expenses, and cash on your device. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not process payments, open a bank account, transfer money, or provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
The App does not create a Magicstack online account. Optional Google Sign-In connects to your Google account so the App can save or restore a backup file in your Google Drive. Google’s terms also apply to that account. Magicstack does not operate your Drive.
How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete data on the device in Settings, and you can request deletion. Drive backups remain in your Google account until you delete them.
The App is provided as-is. Features may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted use. Keep your own copies of important records. Optional Drive backup depends on Google’s services and your network.
To the extent permitted by law, Magicstack is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero if the App is free).
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
